The Walther PDP Compact Optic Ready is a 9mm semi-automatic pistol with a 4-inch barrel and a 15+1 capacity. Its polymer frame comes in a tan and black finish and takes interchangeable backstraps. The slide is optic-ready for compatible pistol red dots and has SuperTerrain serrations for positive manipulation. It weighs 26.9 ounces and measures 7.5 inches overall. The trigger is the Performance Duty Trigger, and two magazines are included.

This pistol suits a shooter who wants a compact 9mm for training, duty or personal protection, with a sight option already built into the slide. The Performance Duty Trigger gives a defined, consistent press for accurate shot placement, and the backstraps let the grip fit different hand sizes. The optics-ready slide means a red dot can be added later for owners who want one.
