Is this model optics-ready?
Yes. This is the MOS (Modular Optic System) version. The slide comes pre-machined with a mounting plate system to accommodate popular micro red dot sights like the Trijicon RMR, Holosun 507C, and others. The necessary mounting plates are included from the factory.
What magazines does it use?
It is compatible with all standard GLOCK 9mm double-stack magazines, including the included 17-round magazine. It will also function reliably with higher-capacity GLOCK magazines, such as the 19, 24, and 33-round models.
How does the GEN 5 differ from the GEN 4?
The GEN 5 introduces several key refinements: the removal of finger grooves on the frame for a more universal grip, an ambidextrous slide stop lever, the GLOCK Marksman Barrel for improved accuracy, a flared magwell for faster reloads, and a more durable nDLC finish on both slide and barrel.
