No. This listing is for the serialized AR-15 lower receiver, which is the federally regulated firearm component. It requires a compatible upper receiver assembly, barrel, bolt carrier group, and other parts to form a functioning rifle. An FFL transfer is required.
How does the FFL transfer process work?
During checkout, you will select your local Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for shipment. We will coordinate directly with them. Once it arrives, you complete the required Form 4473 background check with the FFL before taking possession.
