In our hands-on experience, the kit runs flawlessly with standard 115gr and 124gr FMJ rounds. We did note one isolated hiccup with a specific brand of 147gr subsonic ammunition during testing. For defensive or duty use, we recommend verifying function with your chosen carry or duty load.
Will this fit in my existing holster?
Most likely not. The added rail and grip profile will prevent the pistol from fitting into standard Glock 17 holsters. You will need a holster designed for a pistol with a mounted light or a holster specifically molded for the PIX-equipped frame.
Is this considered a firearm or regulated part?
