Shipping & FFL

Because the pf940cv1™, Polymer80 pf940v2™, and pf9SS™ 80% frame and jig kit bundle (black only) is classified as an unfinished frame, it does not require transfer through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) at the time of shipment. You may have this kit shipped directly to your home address. However, please verify your local and state laws before ordering, as some jurisdictions restrict the possession or completion of 80% frames. Once you complete the frame by drilling the necessary holes and machining the trigger pocket, the finished frame must be transferred through an FFL dealer if you intend to sell or transfer it.
