Does this affect reliability?
In our use, it runs flawlessly with standard 115gr and 124gr ammunition. We did have one staff member experience a single hiccup using 147gr subsonic rounds, which can be finicky in any platform. For defensive or range use with common ammo, it’s proven reliable.
Is this considered a firearm?
No. This is an accessory. It does not change the serialized part of your Glock (the frame). No FFL transfer is required, and it ships directly to you.
Will it fit in my Glock 17 holster?
In most cases, yes. The kit is designed to maintain the original holster profile. We recommend testing fit with your specific holster, but it works with many common Kydex and polymer models.
