Yes. This is a complete, functional AR-15 rifle. It ships ready for an FFL transfer. You will need to provide your own sights or optic, magazine, and ammunition.
What is included in the box?
The rifle ships with one 30-round magazine (where state-compliant), a basic operator’s manual, and a chamber safety flag. It does not include sights, a case, or a sling.
How do I complete the purchase?
